1. Data controller

The controller is PROFIT LUX D.O.O., Kalemarska 24, 11000 Belgrade, Tax ID 110149315, Reg. no. 21306606. For any questions about your data, write to office@profitlux.rs.

2. What data we collect

The data you enter in the contact form: full name, email, company name, tax ID and your message. We also collect technical data such as IP address and browser type, and cookies according to your choice.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to answer your inquiry and prepare a quote (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract), to perform our accounting services contract and to meet legal obligations. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent.

4. Retention

Inquiry data is kept for up to 12 months if you do not become a client. Client data is kept for as long as accounting and tax regulations require.

5. Who receives the data

We do not sell or share your data for marketing. Hosting and IT support providers may access it as processors, bound by confidentiality, as may public authorities when the law requires.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last change.
